Riders pranked over fake food deliveries to Mayor Isko Moreno

FIVE riders were scammed on Thursday when they were asked to deliver food under the name of Manila Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso.

The city government said the food deliveries amounting to nearly P5,000 were made through a food delivery app using different international mobile numbers with instructions to bring them to the Mayor's Office.
