Agrarian Reform Secretary John Castriciones recently led the distribution of Certificates of Land Ownership Award to 670 farmer-beneficiaries in three towns in Isabela Province. The award of land titles benefited 575 agrarian reform beneficiaries covering 840.6961 hectares of farm lands and seven rebel-returnees covering 15.4366 hectares in the towns of Naguilian, Jones and Delfin Albano. Castriciones also distributed 43 units of brand-new kolong-kolong (motorcycles with sidecars), two units of multipurpose vans and a farm tractor. Castriciones led the groundbreaking and memorandum-signing of the 150 houses in the Balai Farmers housing project in Villapaz village in Naguilian, a Tulay sa Pangulo bridge project in Pongpongan village in Jones and a solar-powered irrigation system in Banquero village in Reina Mercedes.
