A college in Quezon City has defended the participation of its students in rallies after it was revealed that the school "incentivized" the attendance as part of class requirements.
Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Assistant Secretary Celine Pialago, spokesman of the National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) for Youth Affairs, disclosed this about Miriam College (MC), her alma mater, during the live program "Para sa Youth" of the NTF-ELCAC on Thursday.
