Duterte names Palace liaison exec political adviser

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has appointed Undersecretary of the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office Jacinto 'Jing' Paras as Presidential Adviser on Political Affairs.

Presidential spokesman Harry Roque Jr. confirmed the appointment of Paras on Thursday.
