PNB to convert thrift bank into digital bank

Listed Philippine National Bank (PNB) announced that its thrift banking arm will be converted into a digital bank.

In a disclosure on Wednesday, the Tan-led lender said its board of directors 'approved and confirmed the conversion of Allied Integrated Holdings Inc. (formerly PNB Savings Bank) into a digital bank.'
