Court junks graft raps vs Revilla

The Sandiganbayan's Special First Division dismissed the graft complaints filed against Sen. Ramon 'Bong' Revilla Jr. in connection with the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) or pork barrel scam.

A demurrer to evidence is a motion to dismiss that challenges the sufficiency of evidence presented during trial.
