TROPICAL depression 'Emong' continues to slow down and is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) this Tuesday, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).
At 4 a.m., it was estimated at 165 kilometers northwest of Itbayat, Batanes as it is moving northwestward at 25 kilometers per hour (kph), the state-run weather agency said.
