CAMP MELCHOR F DELA CRUZ, Gamu, Isabela: Six members of the New People's Army (NPA) surrendered to government troops in the town of San Mariano, Isabela, according to a report released by the 5th Infantry Division (5ID) here.
Maj. Jekyl Julian Dulawan, Fifth 5ID public affairs office chief, said the NPA rebels also surrendered their high-powered firearms and other war materials.
