THE Department of Health (DoH) urged residents near Taal Volcano to remain on guard for ashfall and sulfur inhalation after it emitted a series of phreatic explosions on Thursday.
The volcano has been under Alert Level 3 since Thursday afternoon, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs)
