Phivolcs records 28 volcanic quakes as Taal remains on Alert Level 3

THE Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Philvolcs) continues to monitor Taal Volcano after it erupted on Thursday.

Philvolcs has recorded 28 volcanic earthquakes and 1 explosion-type tremor over the past 24 hours.
