Metropolitan Manila Development Authority Chairman Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. on Thursday said Metro Manila is prepared to transition to modified general community quarantine (MGCQ).
He said Metro Manila mayors will have to thresh out measures or steps to be taken to protect residents from the more dangerous Delta variant of Covid-19.
