DAVAO CITY: A former provincial coordinator of Bayan Muna and alleged member of the New People's Army (NPA) surrendered to the military at Sitio Loot in Barangay Poblacion, Malapatan, Sarangani Province early this week.
In a report from the Army's 10th Infantry Division (10th ID), the NPA rebel returnee was identified as Marvin Magrano, alleged member of guerilla front Tala.
