6 BIFF militants surrender

COTABATO CITY: Six members of the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters (BIFF) surrendered in Maguindanao, the military said on Monday.

Western Mindanao Command (WestMinCom) spokesman Col. Alaric Avelino delos Santos told The Manila Times the six former extremists were members of the Bungos Faction of the BIFF.
