SENATE President Vicente "Tito" Sotto 3rd said the government should investigate reports of alleged failure by some health care workers (HCWs) to properly inject vaccines to some individuals.
The senator said the Inter Agency Task Force on the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) should also "exercise sanctions" against the concerned individuals, if warranted.
