SC justice Delos Santos hangs robe

SUPREME Court (SC) Associate Justice Edgardo Delos Santos formally hung his robe after more than four decades of service in the judiciary.

Delos Santos stepped down on Tuesday, earlier than his scheduled June 12, 2022 retirement due to health reasons.
