SEN. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson on Monday sought the collective implementation of the ban on "wang-wang" (vehicle sirens) to restore trust not only in government but also among citizens.
The senator said it is not only the Philippine National Police (PNP) but also the private sector that is responsible for keeping sirens "off the hands of unauthorized users."
