Malacañang on Monday said President Rodrigo Duterte is neutral on measures seeking to extend the transition period in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).
"Ang naging desisyon po ng presidente matapos niyang pulungin ng dalawang pagkakataon ang [magkabilang] panig ay neutral po ang ating Presidente (The President's decision is to be neutral after he met twice both sides)," Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said.
