THE European Union (EU) has provided €500,000 or over P29 million as humanitarian aid for victims of armed conflict in Maguindanao province in Mindanao.
The EU, in a statement, said the money would be given "to those affected by a series of armed clashes in the Philippines' southernmost island of Mindanao."
