DBM releases P9b for health workers' hazard pay, risk allowance

THE Department of Budget and Management (DBM) has released at least P 9 billion for the special risk allowance and hazard pay of health workers, according to the Department of Health (DoH).

Health Undersecretary Maria Rosario Vergeire said the fund covers health workers employed from Dec. 20, 2020 to June 30, 2021.
