I would like to congratulate a dear friend of mine who has contributed himself unselfishly and with dedication and commitment to our beloved organization as the new National President of the United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) for fiscal year 2021-2022. He is no other than Arch. Armando Eugene C. De Guzman 3rd or Dondon as he is fondly called. He comes from the UAP Quezon City Central Chapter and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Sto. Tomas in Manila.

President Dondon is rare breed of UAP National officials who I have come to know as committed, active and loyal. His leadership by example has ensured his members' participation in his various activities in the UAP National, whether in an Executive Committee or an elected or appointed position that it feels like a blessing to be actively attending these activities.
