GOV. Manuel Mamba said the P2.4-billion mega bridge and road network, connecting the towns of Aparri and Camalaniugan, is ready to kick off as Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark Villar led the ceremonial groundbreaking on Friday.

On many occasions, Mamba said he had opportunities, conferring with Villar and other concerned government agencies on the construction of the bridge over the Cagayan River, which will play a major role in boosting commerce in the province by connecting the two municipalities.
