Baguio notes rise in suicide cases

BAGUIO CITY: It was alarming that for the first semester of 2021, there were 19 reported suicide cases in Baguio City as compared to 24 for the whole of last year.

Sixteen of those who took their own lives were males and three females according to Liza Bulayungan, deputy head of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO).
