Ex-Speaker Belmonte: Aquino 'leaves behind a legacy of service'

EX-president Benigno Aquino 3rd 'leaves behind a legacy of service', former Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. said.

Aquino died on Thursday at the age of 61. His sister Aurora Corazon 'Pinky' Aquino-Abellada said that his death certificate stated that he died due to 'renal disease secondary to diabetes'.
