Manila mourns passing of Noynoy Aquino, all flags at half-mast

MANILA Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso mourned the passing of former president Benigno 'Noynoy' S. Aquino on Thursday at the age of 61.

In a statement, Domagoso said Aquino, who is popularly known as PNoy, 'championed good governance reforms that promoted efficiency and reduced opportunities for corruption,' citing the Philippines as the fastest-growing economy in Asia during his administration.
