TRIBUTES poured in from lawmakers at the House of Representatives as they mourned the passing of former president Benigno 'Noynoy' Aquino 3rd.
Aquin0 was rushed to the Capitol Medical Center in Quezon City on Thursday morning but could not be revived, according to former Interior chief Manuel 'Mar' Roxas 2nd. He was 61.
