THE City Council of Muntinlupa passed a resolution strongly condemning the closure of another road inside the New Bilibid Prisons (NBP) Reservation in Muntinlupa City and called on Congress to conduct an inquiry in aid of legislation to look into the legality and validity of such closure and other policies that directly affect the welfare of the people of Muntinlupa.
Majority Floor Leader Coun. Raul Corro said the city council passed the resolution in its regular session.
