Bulakenyos advised to avoid teenage pregnancies

'Girls should not become mothers yet. Pregnancy at their early age should be avoided. They should be learning while enjoying their childhood.'

Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando underscored this in his speech during the distribution of financial assistance and awarding of certificates for the 'Tulong Pang-Edukasyon para sa Bulakenyo' scholarship program at the Bocaue campus of Bulacan Polytechnic College on Thursday.
