Lawmakers: FDA may have violated laws

The House of Representatives' Committee on Good Government and Public Accountability was asked to see if certain laws were violated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the agency's receipt of private funding.

The committee terminated on June 9 its inquiry into the issue and is expected to come up with its report.
