Bayanihan 2 funds to defray quarantine bills of balikbayan

President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the use of the remaining funds under Republic Act 11519 or Bayanihan 2 for the quarantine expenses of balikbayan or returning Filipinos.

'I am ordering now everybody, including the government units, i-hotel nila o anuhan, babayaran ng national government 'yan (I am ordering now everybody, including the government units, quarantine them in a hotel and it will be paid by the national government),' Duterte said in his public address on Monday.
