NEDA: Macro-fiscal foundation vital for recovery

The National Economic and Development Authority (NEDA) underscored the importance of a strong macro-fiscal foundation for economies to withstand challenges like the pandemic.

In a statement on Monday, NEDA said the country almost doubled, as a share of gross domestic product, the 'fiscal space for infrastructure and human capital development between 2010 and 2019' with a strong macro-fiscal foundation.
