PHILIPPINE Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) General Manager Royina Garma turned over more than P1.2 million worth of food packs, medicines and medical equipment to Police Regional Office 2 and different municipalities in Cagayan on Friday. Among the municipalities that received medicines were Sanchez Mira, Tuao, Gonzaga, Rizal, Solana, Camalaniugan, Lal-lo, Sta. Ana, Iguig and Allacapan. The Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) of the PNP also received medicines. The municipalities of Buguey and Solana received food packs while the PNP Finance Service and CIDG were given medical equipment. Community pantry items were also given to Barangay Centro 9 in Tuguegarao. Garma said this was one way to give back to the people, especially the poor.
