The World Health Organization (WHO) recognized the Department of Health (DoH) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for achievements in the enforcement of tobacco control measures in the Philippines during the 2021 World No Tobacco Day Awards.
The award is given annually by the WHO that recognizes individuals or organizations in all six WHO regions for their accomplishments in the area of tobacco control.
