Officials from the Municipality of Taytay, Rizal visited the Muntinlupa Business Permits and Licensing Office on June 8 to benchmark the city's best practice on streamlining business processes. BPLO Muntinlupa executive Eli Hilapo shared the process flow of the local Modified Business One Stop Shop Single- Window Transaction MBOSS-SWiT and other innovations on ease of doing business. Taytay LGU hopes to replicate the MBOSS-SWiT as they modernize their operations. Muntinlupa is the first LGU to introduce the MBOSS-SWiT, a single-interface business-registration process in which a business permit registration application can be done in 15 minutes. In 2017 and 2018, the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry hailed Muntinlupa as the Most Business-Friendly LGU in the country.
