Notorious drug suspect nabbed in Cagayan sting

A notorious drug suspect was arrested and P2.3 million worth of suspected shabu was confiscated from his possession during a buy-bust operation in Cagayan de Oro on Tuesday.

BGen. Rolando Anduyan, Northern Mindanao regional police director, identified the suspect as Allan Fernandez, 54, a resident of Zone 6, Reyes Subdivision, Barangay Bugo, Cagayan de Oro City. He was under the PNP drug watch list, classified as a 'pusher and high value individual.'
