Shuttered brokerage firm linked to collapse of R&L Investments

BROKERAGE firm Venture Securities Inc. (VSI) appealed the penalties imposed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the fraudulent acts that led to the collapse of R&L Investments Inc.
