IF the number of media-reported anti-drug operations is an indication, then one can tell that the business of production and trading of methamphetamine hydrochloride (more popularly known as shabu) is pandemic-proof. Reports show that shabu appears immune from Covid-related restrictions that the government has imposed on people's mobility.
