THE Supreme Court stood pat on its ruling that declared Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado as the legitimate local chief executive of the province who can seek a "fourth term" as governor.
In a March 2, 2021 ruling which was released only recently, the full court junked all motions for reconsideration filed by the Commission on Elections, Norberto Villamin and Senandro Jalgalado.
