Duterte tells Cebu: Don't bend IATF rules

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the provincial government of Cebu to follow the testing and quarantine protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID).

Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. relayed the President's decision on Monday after the memorandum, which ordered all international flights bound for Mactan Cebu International Airport be diverted to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport lapsed.
