VALENZUELA Mayor Rex Gatchalian urges the city lot owners to take advantage of the tax relief, telling them to just voluntarily disclose their previously undeclared or underdeclared real property.
"We are doing this to somehow ease the burden of real property taxpayers, that is why the city government is urging owners and administrators to declare their buildings and other structures properly and accurately in order to benefit from the tax relief," Mayor Rexlon Gatchalian told The Manila Times.
