OFWs in Central Luzon to get aid

THE Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) has offered financial assistance to overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) in Central Luzon who were affected by the pandemic.

In a statement, OWWA Regional Director Esperanza Cobarrubias said the Educational Assistance through Scholarship in Emergencies program that will provide educational aid to the dependents of its active OFW members is now in effect.
