THE pandemic is not over. Vaccination is going at a snail's pace - because we have not developed a more efficient system of getting the job done and because many Filipinos are stubborn, refusing to be vaccinated, fearful because of loose talk and oblivious to the proddings of science and of scientists.
In an earlier column, I wrote about what higher education should be like as we move through the pandemic and emerge from its insalubrious shadow. I will take up the theme again.
