PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte said a "win-win" cooperation between the Philippines and China will ensure peace, progress and prosperity.
The Chief Executive made the statement on Wednesday during the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Incorporated (FFCCCII) virtual celebration of the 46th Anniversary of the Philippines-China Relations and the 20th Anniversary of the Filipino-Chinese Friendship Day.
