AFTER several months of consecutive decline, the country's factory output both in volume and value rebounded in April, preliminary data released by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) showed on Tuesday.
Results of the statistics agency's latest Monthly Integrated Survey of Selected Industries showed the country's volume of production index (VoPI) went up by 162.1 percent in April, recovering from the -73.3 percent and -64.8 percent a month and a year ago, respectively.
