Gibo offers to be Sara's VP

FORMER Defense secretary Gilberto 'Gibo' Teodoro Jr. said he is willing to be the running mate of Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio if she decides to run for president in 2022.

Teodoro made the announcement in a television interview on Monday, a week after he met with Duterte-Carpio in Davao City.
