'Study well first,' Duterte tells Pacquiao on West Philippine Sea row

PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday chided Sen. Emmanuel 'Manny' Pacquiao for criticizing his approach towards China amid tensions between the two countries over the disputed West Philippine Sea.

In an interview with Pastor Apollo Quiboloy, Duterte said Pacquaio should educate himself first with foreign policy before criticizing his stance on the disputed waters.
