CEBU: The humble beginning of Filipino marathoner Mary Joy Tabal made her understand the plight of struggling athletes who are dreaming to make a mark in their respective sports someday.
To give these kids something to be excited about, Tabal together with Philippines Navy and private companies donated 120 pair of shoes to the youth paddlers of Philippine Accessible Disability Services Inc. (Pads) on Friday, June 4, 2021, at the Naval Forces Center (Navforcen) in Lapu-Lapu City.
