Devt body bucks hydro plant sale

THE Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) on Sunday expressed its opposition to the sale of the Agus-Pulangi hydropower complex.

MinDA Chairman and Secretary Emmanuel 'Manny' Piñol said one of the measures being put forward is the policy push to retain the ownership and control of the state-owned hydropower facility.
