Brethren Evangelical School of Theology or Best INTL, in partnership with the Cambridge Training School of Britain, held two conferment rites at the Kalipayan Hotel and Resort and at the South Forbes Golf and Country Club. The school gave the honorary doctorates or honoris cause to all deserving individuals.
From the very word of the founder Bishop Ariel Coleto, "this award is being given not because of their reputation, but this is more based on their character. Because with reputation it is who you are and what you are in the eyes of men, but with character, it is who you are and what you are in the eyes of God, especially when there is nobody around."
