The Department of Energy (DoE) is determining which power generation companies it could charge with economic sabotage for the recent brownouts in Luzon.
Mario Marasigan, director of DoE's Bureau of Renewable Energy Management, revealed the department's plan to take legal action against power firms during the hearing of the House of Representatives' Committee on Energy on Friday.
