The French government has expressed its willingness to fund the construction of the first urban car cable system in the Philippines, according to the Department of Finance (DoF).
In a statement on Friday, the DoF said French Ambassador to the Philippines Michèle Boccoz conveyed France's interest during his recent meeting with Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez 3rd and French Ambassador to the Philippines Michèle Boccoz.
